Boxford Neighbourhood Development Plan (BNP)
8th July - 13th September 2021

The latest version of the Boxford Neighbourhood Plan is now out for formal consultation.
Please use this opportunity to let us know your views on the latest draft which follows this introduction.

There is an online response form to submit your comments about the pre-submission draft Plan, which is the preferred way for us to receive your feedback. The Response Form is also available to download here as a Word document or paper copies are available at Boxford Post Office.

Having read the Plan, please submit your completed form in one of the following ways:

  1. On the online form.
  2. Download, complete and email as an attachment to
  3. Hand deliver as a paper copy to Lorne House, 7 Swan Street, Boxford, CO10 5NZ

The Plan document being consulted on may be viewed here or borrowed from Boxford Post Office.

Boxford Neighbourhood Plan REG14 Consultation - Extended until Monday 13th September 2021

You may be aware that a revised National Planning Policy Framework was published by Government on 20th July 2021, which was after the consultation period on the Neighbourhood Plan had begun. The Plan contains many references to the previous version of the NPPF. In addition the Final Site Options Assessment Report from AECOM is now available with the supporting documents on the Neighbourhood Plan website page.

In order to allow for consultees to make responses in the context of the revised NPPF and the Site Options Assessment , the consultation end date will now be Midnight on 13th September 2021.

Responses received after the closing date may not be considered.

Two drop-in exhibitions which will have more details about the proposed Neighbourhood Plan Policies are being held at the Village Hall as follows:

Thursday 8th July - 2pm - 8pm
Friday 9th July - 8am - 8pm

Hard copies of the Neighbourhood Plan can be viewed throughout the consultation period at Boxford Post Office.
