SECURE ONLINE MEETINGS
Boxford Parish Council are very pleased to confirm that we have confirmation of a change in
legislation regarding how we can conduct future meetings.
The new legislation allows for annual meetings to be postponed until next year and allows us to conduct
our normal meetings on-line using digital channels.
The council is looking to resume its regular monthly meeting from the 1st June 2020 via the online
platform Zoom, until such time as we are able to safely resume holding meetings in person.
Zoom allows us to hold a meeting in a secure area and gives us the option to invite members of the
public to join the meeting.
All meetings will be advertised via the Boxford Parish Council website. If members of the public wish
to join the meeting, they are welcome to contact the clerk, Debbie Hattrell for instructions on how
to join.
For members of the public who are unable to join theses meetings, then please contact either
Debbie or a member of the council, so that your views or concerns can be discussed during the
meeting.
Please remember to keep safe, respect social distancing and keep safe.
Julian Fincham-Jacques
Chairman, Boxford Parish Council.
