PROGRAMME OF EVENTS 2022
On Friday 29th April 2022, we have invited Sarah Partridge, an expert in medieval building restoration to talk to us about the project she led in Stone Street and her current restoration of a Suffolk Long House.
On Tuesday 19th July 2022, we have arranged a private guided tour of Otley Hall, described by Sir Nikolaus Pevsner as 'One of the most interesting C15 and early C16 houses in Suffolk' and a tour of its 10 acre charming gardens.
On Friday 7th October 2022 Mark Bailey, Professor of Late Medieval History at the University of East Anglia will be speaking on 'Towns and trade in Medieval Suffolk' which promises to be fascinating.
